Welcome to the centralized hub for PRC-Saltillo product manuals and instructions. Browse the categories on the left pane and click through the articles in your manual, or use the knowledge base search features to answer specific questions and learn more about your AAC solution.

Select the language you need from the dropdown menu at the top right of the screen.

Looking for your manual?

If you can’t find your manual in the product categories list, you can select the filter icon to the right of the search bar (shown below) to help. Type the name (and model) of your product to lead you to the category to find your manual.

Have a question about a product?

For a general search, type a word or phrase into the search bar at the top of the categories list. You can search for any topic in a manual to see a list of articles/links containing words from your search. You can also type a question and press enter to ask AI to find the answer for you.

Tip: For best results, include the name of your device or app in your search.

Need a more advanced search?

To search only within a specific product line category or categories, or within a specific language, for example, select Go to advanced search.

Select the criteria you want to search within and then select Apply. Now when you type a keyword in the search bar and press enter, you’ll see only articles that are within the selected criteria.
