Add or Change a Button Message
Select Menu > Editor. Then select Edit and choose the button you want to modify. The Edit Button window will open to the Message tab.
Select the Message field to open the keyboard.
Enter a word or phrase that will be spoken when the button is selected.
Select the keyboard Finished button.
Add or Change a Button Label
Select Menu > Editor. Then select Edit and choose the button you want to modify. The Edit Button window will open to the Message tab.
Select the Label field to open a keyboard.
Enter a label for the button.
Select the keyboard Finished button.
Save a Message to a Button
From the Quick Menu, use the Save Message shortcut to save the message currently displayed in the message window to a button.
Adding the Save Message shortcut to the Quick Menu:
Select Menu and then select Customize Quick Menu.
Select the empty space where you want the Save Message shortcut to appear.
Select the Save Message shortcut from the lower section of the menu. The Save message shortcut is moved to the above location.

Select Save.
Using the Save Message shortcut:
With the message you want to save displayed in the message window, navigate to the page that includes the button you want to use.
Note: The Save Message shortcut will be darkened and not selectable if no message appears in the message window.
Select Menu and then select Save Message from the Quick Menu. You will be prompted to select where you want to save the message.

Select a button or empty button location. “Message Window Text: Successfully Saved” will appear.
Important: If you select an existing button, the message will replace the current button label and message.
When you select the button, your message will be spoken.
