Fully charge the Accent 1400-30.
Attach the Look module to the Accent device if it is not already attached. For instructions, see Attach a Look 2 Module to Accent 1400-30.
Mount the device (with Look attached) onto a wheelchair or a table stand.
Once the device is mounted, you are ready to position the user, calibrate eye tracking in the software, and configure a selection method.
Using a Pulse Oximeter with a Look Module
Pulse oximeters are sensitive to various ambient light wavelengths, specifically direct sunlight or infrared. Most pulse oximeter manufacturers recommend covering the pulse oximeter sensor with an opaque material to ensure desired results under all light conditions. Alternatively, you may be able to position the sensor below the Look module. However, covering the sensor is more robust against reflected IR and other ambient light interference.
